Build your own Advent Prayer Star

Advent Prayer Star is an interactive prayer activity which will guide you through the steps of building your own Moravian star and challenge you to pray throughout the season of Advent for people and situations that are in need of the light of Christ. Each day during Advent your will be prompted to pray for others, read a Scripture passage and add a point to your star. Don’t be concerned about how complicated the completed star looks. If you can fold paper, you can build this star using our detailed instructions! The download includes a 20 scripture readings focused the coming of Jesus, the Light of the World. Also included in the download is detailed instructions and links to purchase needed supplies.

Use this resource of all-age devotions and activities to create Advent kits that you send home with your families. We have created the devotions and activities for your church. You will need to print the materials, buy the supplies, and create your kits. Everything a family will need to do the activities will be in the kit (aside from normal household supplies like markers and tape).
